Beloved Flamingos Ice Creamery in Beachmere has been crowned the Best Beachmere Business at the 2024 Pumicestone Small Business Awards.
Over 200 local business owners gathered at Bribie Island RSL for the awards ceremony, which State Member for Pumicestone Ali King hosted to honour the region’s thriving small business community.
The awards, now in their second year, have quickly gained momentum, with over 8400 community members casting votes for their favourite local businesses.
This year’s event featured a diverse range of categories, from Best Beauty and Hairdressing to Best Market and Microbusiness, reflecting the eclectic mix of enterprises in the Pumicestone region.
