The REIQ recently reported the latest housing market statistics which showed North Lakes median house price hitting $492,000. The figure signifies a 2.5% rise from the last 12 months and up by 14.4% over the last 5 years. During the 2nd quarter of 2018, there were 86 homes sold in the suburb.
